You can create one WDABAP application for HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_RM and provide this link in MSS -> Work Overview.
Approver can access all the e-separation request from this service.
it will not show Approve button. You have to select the Edit button of the request and Approve or Forward it in E-Separation approval application
See below screen shots.
Then expand the Approvals tab, here you can Approve or forward to another approver to process the E-separation request.
