Withholding tax is required on VAT but not Stax-SB Cess

Hi Experts,

Need help in following:

1)We have a tax code, where, Stax + SB Cess + VAT, in this tax code, no benefit is available on any of the componenet, now Withholding tax needs to be applied only on VAT and not on S TAx and SBCess,.

2) Stax + SB Cess + VAT, in this tax code befit is available only on Stax and not on SB Cess and VAT.

To achieve this I have changed calculation from "Modif net Amount" to "Net Amount" . With ths Withholding tax is not getting calculated on S BCess , but it is aso not calculating on VAT.

How do I achieve this?
