CDHDR and CDPOS stores all changes to all documents, including master data changes.
Option 1:
If you want to filter the price changes to PO, go to SE16 and go to the table CDPOS. Enter your PO number in the field OBJECTID, table name as EKPO in CDPOS-TABNAME field, and FNAME as NETWR (net price) and execute.
If you want to track all changes to PO, then maintain the OBJECT ID as PO and execute.
Option 2: Go to AUT10 transaction. Switch to enhancement mode (press F9) . Now, in the selection, enter the table name as EKPO and object value as your PO number and execute.
Option 3: Configure version management for your PO with price as a field relevant for revision. Now for each price change, new version will be created and you can get the data from EREV table.
