thx guys. asked basis to look into this and they fixed it - may be by using the above reports.
now what is happening is this - when we process the emg org assignment entries in erp system, after running its ec to erp standard integration, then it displays a screen for copy org assignment for each employee and there is a warning information regarding start date configuration, which is related to payroll-italy.
i have not worked as a hcm functional consultant, but have basic idea about pa, om, py. For payroll, i think the config in spro is country-specific. Now some general questions:
1. are the payroll config for different countries too much different or they have some similarity?
2. how to get some basic idea about payroll config for different countries - any URL for this plz?
