The answer of this solution is Yes & No too..
if you say plant 2 & plant 3 will receive there material in Mumbai storage location (which belongs to Plant 2 & 3 respectively) & then you proceed to next level is move material from Mumbai storage location of Plant 2 &3 to Plant storage location in the form of STO .. my answer is Yes.
if you say plant 2 & plant 3 will receive there material in Mumbai storage location (which do not belong to plant 2 & 3 ) belongs to plant 1 , then NO..
