The delivery you displayed was processed in mid June. Troubleshooting a one-month-old interface-related failure is not likely to be successful.
Tomorrow is Tuesday. Maybe you will get a new failure. If so, first thing to check is /SAPAPO/CQ.
You should take steps to ensure that your 'helpers' do not delete any failed queue entries before you get a chance to examine them.
