B1 Events Not Processed By B1if

I have B1 event entries being posted to SEVT but, they are not being picked up by B1if.

I also have a scenario step with the inbound defined as a SAP B1 Event.

The same scenario step works on another server.

Currently running SAP B1 HANA 9.2 PL03.

Any clues on how I can get this moving?
