SAPUI5 - Edit/display a cell of table

Hello,

I check the forum and I saw that you can display/edit a row or a column but is it possible to edit/display a cell of a table on a condition?

For example, the user can change the price only if the type = 'A' so in this case, the user can only change the price of item 1 and 3. The price of Item 2 would be in display

Item    Type     Price

1          A          10.30

2          B          11.29

3          A          12.21

Could you please help me?
