We have a requirement to have a "Create Service request" button at account identification screen which should allow launching Service request from account identification screen. I can get the service request screen but how to associate it with the interaction ID, primarily it is required to reduce the number of clicks to go to interaction record screen and select the transaction type and create follow up.
Kindly advise.
