Thanks for your response. Without the category type being complaints, the replication is not happening.Hence it was mentioned in the setting that way. Billing plan tab is needed as part of the requirement for this credit memo request being created on CRM side and same has to replicate to ECC side along with bill plan information. Just to get further update on this one- an OSS message has been raised.
