Hi Pragati,

 

You can use workflow rules.

- But with this automatic assignment to other processor world not happen.

- You may trigger an action to make the processor blank.

- or send the notification email to processor / Manager.

- or set action to escalate the ticket.

Use admin guide to know more about Workflow rules.
