Hi,
Check vendor address with e-mail available in PO for vendor and if you say the e-mail ID changed. Better cross check again in vendor master in t.code XK03/XK02 and just change the same PO to get correct e-mail ID in PO and save.
After changing PO- just cross check PO send by E-mail to new E-mail ID.
