Can you please let us know the below ?
1) Was the SAP BO BIP 4.1 SP5 server component successfully installed ? Check you pls check the Installation logs. Can you please share the last few lines in the logs ?
2) are you installing the SAP BO BIP 4.1 SP5 client tools on the same machine as that of the server ?
3) Which Web browser are you using ? Can you check if you are getting this error with other web browsers - IE10, Chrome, Firefox ?
4) Is this your Sandbox server ? Can you try to redeploy the webapps using wdeploy commands on Tomcat and check ?
If the server component was successfully installed, you should be able to view the WEBI reports from BI Launchpad. As your WEBI reports are running fine from CMC & WRC, I do not see any issues with the BO services. Probably, your webapps on Tomcat might be having some issue.
