Hi Mohan,

Please check in notification print control configuration - define shop paper & assign shop papers to notification types. For the application area N, check if your paper is linked to program SAPLQM06, with ABAP form PRINT_PAPER and script as - QM_8D_REPORT, QM_8D_REPORT_SND or any other.

For the Action box, please check the FM used in Functions for Activities tab, to generate 8D report, and work with your ABAP team for checking it.
