Hi Jean,

Kindly check whether the ccms agent  are running or not.

also paste the version of sap ccms agent.

Execute the below steps

1. Removed agent.lock file from the directory /usr/sap/<SID>/<Central Instance/dialog instance>/log/sapccms<x> (if java sapccmsr and if abap sapccm4x)

2.Executed the SAPCONTROL command

sapcontrol –nr <instance number> -function RestartService
