Hi Mohan,
Do you have any user exit written for the enhanced fields? most likely it is filtering out all the records in that user exit.
Can you check, you can also share the code? also as are you extracting as full load?
Also check in table MC03BF0SETUP - the no. of entries. This will make sure that you have data in your setup table.
