Thanks for your answers, printing program is Z so I am investigating if the issue is in the printing program, thanks to your answer I think I have isolated the cause.
Bijay, thanks for your reply, I have check OMJ3 but I am using user parameters to print and also the other option you mentioned I am not sure what should I check since those fields are relevant for the slip to be printed, which in my case is, but more times that required.
