First of all you should enter your workflow ID (WS9NNNNNNN) in the Workflow field.
The system then reads the workflow definition and shows the workflow's container elements in the input data tab. Click the one that you've designed to hold your Quality notification object, and you'll be able to enter the identifier below.
Btw if your workflow is event-triggered, you can run it by firing the starting event from SWUE.
