Hi Rahul,
You can assign the two roles I mentioned. You need to do it one by one i.e. add Contact Person Role and save. Then add Employee role. In Employee role, in the Identification tab in section 'Employee Data' provide the User ID.
You need to use the User ID as the Project Team Member, as you had done before.
