Please check whether you are using external service operation. using control key PM03 Or any other customized control key? If so, then check the ML81N for service acceptance.Check if there is any Service PRPO etc exist.
Please check if you order cost has been settled completely or any commitment is pending aginast WBS element if it is being used as a settlement receiver.
