Can I Reassign Plant from one Company Code to another if this plant has not Stock Movements?

Dear gurus, my question has been rejected by moderators because "has been asked before"... I tried to find a case similar to mine, with any luck .....so I need to create a new discussion.....

Please help me with this scenario:

1. 1. We have Company Code XXX,
2. 2. Plant 0001 is assigned to XXX
3. 3. In this plant, we don't use stock movements, basically we create the plant to use the purchase proceses, (PR, PO, MIGO, MIRO)  but all purchase requisitions are non-inventory and with Account Assignment Category "K"
4. 4. Now, we are gonna close company XXX and will create company YYY. We want to unassign Plant 0001 and then assign to new Company YYY
5. 5. I know that by configuration is possible, but not sure if will have problems with this.
6. 6. To gave you more informations, we are sure that no PR or PO will be pending when we'll close XXX. We don´t use any MM report or purchase contract or price in this plant, only PR, PO, MIGO, MIRO and release strategies.

Any ideas if this is possible?
