Any Function Module to trigger PM Notification through ABAP?

Hello,

I have a scenario where the we need to trigger PM notification based on the the conditional maintenance.

Now, I know that User Exit IMRC0001 will be used for this? But, I do not have enough information yet about the Measurement Object or Document. Is there any FM which helps to create PM notification?
