Fact sheet navigation is not working

All,

I have configured embedded search on HANA for  few fact sheets and also able to search objects in the  Fiori Launchpad.

Now, the problem what I  see is , when I click on any of the header of the configured fact sheets it is not leading to subsequent screens .

I think Navigation is not working as expected.

Error  :

Could not open app . Try again later

I tried to analyze it further and below is the error log:

Failed to resolve navigation target :#Fixed-Asset-displayFactSheet? CompanyCode=1000& FixedAsset=0000& MasterFixedAseet=0000100000-could not resolve link 'Fixed Asset-displayFactSheet?CompanyCode=1000&FixedAsset=0000&MasterFixedAsset=000100000'

sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.Shell.controller.

Could not open app. Try again later.

I went through forum and it looks many of them had faced similar issue and there were no pointers towards solution.
