As far as I can see you called a screen in your program without setting a GUI status, therefore an empty status is displayed.
You should create a status and assign functions codes to the standard toolbar and programatically exit the application thru a PAI module when the function codes of the exit/back icons are triggered. There is a simple program called DEMO_DYNPRO_GUI_STATUS in the system which you can use as reference.
