Dear Community,
we want to call a webservice from ByD in ABSL Code and use a SAML access token for the authentication.
We tried to configure a "SAML 2.0 Bearer Assertion Flow for OAuth 2.0" Scenario.
This Assertion flow should be supported by SAP. We found the documentation under the following link:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw74/helpdata/en/12/41087770d9441682e3e02958997846/content.htm
We already configured an OAuth 2.0 Identity Provider for the tenant and configured an OAuth Client on the IDP.
Know it's not clear, what else we need to do to use a SAML token for the authorization of the webservice communication.
Do we need to call the webservice to create a SAML token in the ABSL Code?
If yes, how should we fill the value of the Header Parameter Assertion?
What's the required authorization configuration in the communication arrangement?
It would be great if someone could help me or if you can share your experience on this issue.
Thanks and kind regards,
Christine
