Update accounting document in purchase order history using BAPI

Dear All,

We are using BAPI - BAPI_PO_UPDATE_HISTORY to update purchase order history, since the BAPI is not relased, we are not suppose to use it. Is there any other way to update accounting document in purchase order history.
