Fails installation to client (BOFC 10.0)

Hi Experts,

Now, I install BOFC 10.0 (no sp level) to my computer.

I just follow guide. like follows.

Click installer ->licence agreement -> Destination Folder -> Setup Type(Choose Client installation) -> Custom Setup ->Click Install button.

Then, end processing. No installation is started.

I confirmed installation guide and it says windows 7 is supported.

If you notice anything wrong, please let me know.
