If your sales order is created manually without any background orocess where you can propose the plant consider As standard plant determination it will follow the next priorities:
1.- Customer/Mat Info Record
2.- Customer Master
3.- Material
If the plant of your sales order dont consider any of the 3 before statements check your MV45AFZZ user exit as could have any custom determination.
