I can not confirm if you have it set correctly with the blacked out values, but it should be set up as follows
Cloud Connector
Internal Host/Port and Protocol are those of the backend system
Virtual Host/Port can basically be anything
HCPMS
Backend URL should be the Virtual Host/Port defined in the cloud connector.
What are you finding in the hcpms logs and the browser console now?
