We are implementing an SKD process for my company. we will export SKD from china to india. and then add others's components by local procured to assembly FG.
For example:
SKD BOM:
FG: 1001
RAW1:1101
RAW2:1102
RAW3:1103
Q1: We export SKD from domestic factory to Customs as components. but India side need to customs clearance as FG material number.
How to implement this process?
Q2: India SKD BOM(1001=1101+1102+1103) is the different china SKD BOM(1001=1101+1102). No 1103 component in china BOM. it will be procured by local team.. How to solve this question?
