Chart of Depreciation Not Getting Activated

Hello Experts,

The requirement is that the Chart of Depreciation needs to be transported to Production environment. It has been moved, but the same is visible in Production as "Inactive". This means in table T096, the tick of "Active" is not marked. Can you please help me identify why this is happening and how to resolve this?
