Hi ,
Could you share your Schema details of that PCR which are taking consideration about LOP for quota creation.
What is accrual period of this Quota? If its monthly then go to Jan month time evaluation of this employee then check on last day that is 31st and then check that PCR processing and after that SALDO table time type entry for this quota type.
