Design Studio addon version being used is 1.4. We have check the reports directly from BI launchpad using the direct IP and port number. It opens fine.
But when accessed through web server the request https://mydomain/BOE/portal/zenwebclient gets truncated to https://portal/zenwebclient from the accessed BI launchpad. No web server configuration changes have been done. I have tried clearing tomcat cache too. WebI reports are opening fine. Ruling out Server issue(since opening directly.), I think some tomcat relative configuration which was reset, may be the issue. Could you suggest when can I check and localize this issue.
