Since BW hierarchy is a BW object you are not going to find any BPC tool to do this.
You should use BW transformations and DTP to do this.
There is a BW InfoObject behind BPC dimension and that InfoObject has a hierarchy. Load that hierarchy to your BW InfoObject.
No tricks, very straightforward.
