Hello Mehboob,
I guess it would be difficult to implement the same at Report Level, because without use of Ranking function at Query Level, you can't get Row Count which actually a Base for CASE 1 and CASE 2.
Still once i get time i will check.
If possible can you please share Screen shot of Report output, which will give idea of Columns which want in report??
