Hi Bang,
The process follows in SAP MRS Manual planning as:-
1) Create a notification IW21/IW51, here you can have task or plaanning of your notification /MRSS/SNO_MAINTAIN_NOTIF this is the FM which will integrates your data( dates/priorty/ task/work centre) from notification to PM to MRS and vice versa.
2)Create the order where you can see all the Notification data
You need to identify which operation will be done by which technician etc so all tghis will come.
CRTD status
a) Now you do the Scooping for the order SCPD.
b) Then it should be Scheduled SCHD Sataus
c) REL the order so that it wil be coming as a demand on the planning board.
d) Planner can cretae team form the planning board based on the team capacity
3) Next process is DISP which should be done from the planning board
4) Now you can Sycncronise it with your SYCLO work Manager or the mobile device so that technican can come to know which assignment he is been assigned.
5) Technician put the user status form the device as started working etc and send back to MRS/SAP
6) Once he finish the work he put back status a work finished and teh resource planner can review if the work is finally done if yes
7) Resource planner use the another status as completed and his AA and capacity will be updated.
8) Planner can do the time complition through IW41/CATS.
