Crystal Reports showing Convert your trial today with registered copy

Hi My Full (development) copy of Crystal reports is having issues and has been crashing.

1. We have tried to re-install the SAP copy.

2. The product is registered and shows the valid number.

3. We are using Version 12.3.0.601

4. It gives an Internet explorer error when trying to load the Crystal report home page.  I ignore these. It wants to go to http://cdn.jquerytools.org.  Is this valid for SAP? 

5. When the home page loads I get the Convert your Trial today shown below.

Any Ideas on what we need to do?
