I would like to know the process of calculating the IT depreciation. I have configured the block concept in my system however it is not working as the group key in asset ,master is not editable even after changing the screen layout for the same. Before EPH5 there was a block concept for calculation of IT depreciation however, recently there has been some modification done for the same. SAP Note 738919 says that. Do we need to do the set up this note for IT depreciation.
If I am applying this note what are the extra steps I need to follow to configure the same so that system can calculate the IT depreciation correctly.
Cam someone please let me know the correct process to setup the IT depreciation method as I am in urgent need of this. Please let me know the steps from the beginning.
