We have been discussing the requirement for the user that connects from SLT to Oracle to have the capability to create and delete triggers against the selected tables. The oracle team has concerns providing this capability and I wanted to see what other parties may have experienced. Mostly because this would require the CREATE ANY TRIGGER system privilege to be provided to the user. Are there any specific concerns that should be identified? If there is a limited way to provide this capability in a schema outside of your schema, please provide those oracle statements.
