Regarding the subject to print one or more than one form in the same year, SAP Note 2211234 - BEN: Affordable Care Act (ACA) - 2nd SAP ACA Update actually provides a configuration option when you can decide if you want to print a single or multiple forms per year/ALE. From the note solution text

 

  • Possibility to decide if only one form should be generated per combination of Individual/Reporting ALE or if multiple forms could be generated by customizing switch created on view V_T5F99K2 for OPTION ACAOF (Possible values: 'SINGLE' and 'MULTIPLE'). By default SAP will deliver one form per Individual/Reporting ALE, and the "C" Form Type has priority over "B".

 

You can change or create an entry for Country Group '10', Option 'ACAOF' and value 'MULTIPLE' fi you want to print multiple forms.

 

Regarding your question about the form 1095-C and MEC configuration, I have some questions:

 

1) From the expected form, you filled line 14 with 1H for the months that employee is terminated, but in part III the individual and his or her dependents are enrolled for all year. I think this would be inconsistent. Is the employee enrolled in a COBRA offer when he or she is terminated?

 

2) Does this employee have a termination action in infotype 0 for his or her termination in July? If so, what is the Employment status in this action?
