Hi ,
I have an issue with contract employees that do not fall under calender year,in our case is start and end of year.
But since contract employees have individual start and end date.it cannot fall in the same year as permanent staff.
sap works fine for absence quota entitlement for permanent employees considering the rules set up for calender year,
so based on the rules, it can give 3 or 6 or 8 or 12 days entitlement .But when it comes to contract emplyoyees,it is giving wrong values
since contract employees start and end may not be start and end of year, so when we use report RPTQTA00 for absence quata generation, it
is giving wrong values since it consideration is based on calendar year that was setup in configuration.
How to set up configuration for contract employees with individual dates as calender year, like contract start date should be taken as start of date and add one year to that and should give end of date and that should be taken to calculate absene quota based on same rules that were setup for permanent emplyees,
any suggestions.
