Re: Solution manager upgrade-SUM fails in pre-processing

I want to know if it is possible to fix this and start SUM tool? If not, then what's the best way to reset the upgrade? I can't start the SUM GUI. Is there a way to execute reset command at os level and since it was in shadow import phase how reset is going to cleanup shadow instance? I don;t want to go back to the dba team to restore the db. Please help.
