How far back can we set the plan date of maintenance call?

Hi PM Guru,

I can not make sure the plan date of maintenance call 2 months in the past.

Today is Aug. 25. 2015, and the plan is 2W/4W strategic plan. We would like the first call on Jul. 17. 2015 with the cycle of 2W.

So I start the scheduling by clicking "START" instead of " Start in cycle" withat the date July. 03. 2015 but I got the above before the scheduling is list below.

It is NOT on July 17 and apparently it misses the 1st call but come to the 2nd one which 2W/4W.

Please kindly advise how to make sure the 1st call with the 1st package is on July. 17. 2015.
