Dear Pushkar,
Even though CDS originates from External source, in all scenarios we can not open entire data under Cloud data source to all users.
SAP should look into this to allow access context on CDS stand alone. May be while creating CDS system allow to use Data types of Sales Org, Distribution channel and Division. So that CDS can check access context based on the respective values maintained at Employee level.
