Hi Folks,
We have an client requirement to record overtime ( standard time recording in Portal ) of more than 24 hours in a single day.
- Do we have any CAT2 Settings available to allow this permisiibility.
-if with single attendance type it is allowing more than 24 hours more than happy, if not we can use some other attendance type for the excess hours of more than 24 hours
- My client has special requirement where they Provide extra Overtime hours , for ON call duty for emergency , so is this requirement.
- Is this requirement feasible?
- If Yes , fine- exact configuration required.
- If not, what is the alternative solution to achieve this requirement.
