Hi Adarsh,
The variants are missing because of the type of Profile you used to copy the client.
Go to the original client and copy the variants using running the program RSTRANSP, Once done it will create a transport. import the transport locally to the new client and you will get your variants in place.
Your background jobs will work once the above steps is done.
