Dynamic safety stock with adjustment PIRs in the future

Hello PP Colleagues !

I need your guide please.

My client want that in MD04 the PIRs don't create planned order , but a planned order can be created for the Dynamic safety stock .

I'm trying with the customizing  item: Production>Material Requirement Planning>Master Date>Independent Requirement Parameters> Define Consumption Mode and Period of Adjustment

When I run MRP , the system doesn't create planned order for PIR's, it is ok for my scenary, but the planned order expected to replenished up to the target stock level (11 days) , neither is created.

Can you tell me please, if is posible to create planned order to replenished up the target stock without create planned orders for PIRs  ?
