So, the orders generated by APO are not an issue.
To assign t.lanes & MOT to ECC'S orders the best way is to build t.lanes for them in APO (I described the procedure in the precedent reply), assign MOT and run again the heuristic.
Also you have to play with the integration models for transactional data too. Decide what you send in APO, what you keep just in APO and what you transfer on ECC side from APO.
Your scenario is really not very orthodox!
