We have an error flagged out of the upgrade –about "activate personalisation in BEx".

Summary
It looks to me like a personalisation application has failed to activate during upgrade because there is no personalisation setup for BEx.
However I'd like to get some feedback from the BW community on whether this shoudl be active and whether this upgrade issue is known.
NB I have tried running “RS_PERS_ACTIVATE” and (oddly?) this lists all standard options as active already…
