Are you using the latest SAPGUI for Windows 7.30 patch?
Have you tried to use SAPGUI 7.40 ?
Try to use the same transactions in other computer, using the same SAPGUI version/patch. If it works fine in the 2nd computer, then the issue is in your computer. I would then uninstall SAPGUI, remove all possible SAPGUI directories, and start from scratch.
